This is an emergency out of hours call out service that ensures that no matter what time or day, we will come out in any case of emergency to make sure your property is safe, secure and operating heating as it should!

Cancellation Policy

At Davenport Jones Heating Engineering Services Ltd, we value your time and ours. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. Missed appointments will be charged in full or at a fixed call out rate. This ensures we can manage our schedule effectively and continue providing reliable service to all customers.
