✅ Cancellations by the Customer

    •    24+ hours notice: No charge. We’re happy to reschedule or cancel at no cost.

    •    Less than 24 hours notice: A late cancellation fee of £50 may apply to cover lost time.

    •    Same-day cancellations or no-shows: A charge of £80 may apply if the engineer has already been dispatched or the slot cannot be filled.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, illness, or supply issues. If this happens, we will offer the earliest available alternative and no charges will apply.

💳 Deposits and Payments

    •    Some larger or custom installation jobs may require a deposit to secure the booking or order materials.

    •    Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the agreed date, unless otherwise stated in your quote.

We stand by the quality of our work. All installations and repairs are backed by a 12-month workmanship guarantee, unless stated otherwise. Manufacturer warranties may also apply to equipment fitted.

    •    Refunds for unused parts or equipment are only available if the items are returned in original condition and have not been fitted.
