✅ Cancellations by the Customer
• 24+ hours notice: No charge. We’re happy to reschedule or cancel at no cost.
• Less than 24 hours notice: A late cancellation fee of £50 may apply to cover lost time.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: A charge of £80 may apply if the engineer has already been dispatched or the slot cannot be filled.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, illness, or supply issues. If this happens, we will offer the earliest available alternative and no charges will apply.

• Some larger or custom installation jobs may require a deposit to secure the booking or order materials.
